Everyone together 2019-2029: Aboriginal Affairs strategy

This Everyone together strategy focuses on Aboriginal families, children and communities and reflects the importance of ensuring that people are at the centre of government policy design and service delivery, and are empowered to determine their own futures.
It recognises the critical importance of language, culture and connection to country to Aboriginal people in the Northern Territory (NT). It also acknowledges how these elements are integral to individual and community capacity to engage in society.
Under the guiding principles of healing, respect and engagement the strategy acknowledges the NT Government’s need to improve the way it engages, does business, partners and works with Aboriginal people in the NT.
