Mums can, Dads can
Darwin, NT: italk Studios
This short [4.37 minutes], animated video from italk Studios tells a story about how we can learn new ways of being a family together.
New ways of being a family can include:
- talking about problems
- going back to country
- sitting down with family
- being strong and gentle.
The video challenges gender roles and inequality by promoting different narratives for parents and families.
This resource was made with the Tangyentere Family Violence Prevention Program as part of their Mums Can, Dads Can Project.
