This report documents research on asbestos management practices and issues in remote Australia. The report is realistic about funding constraints in remote communities and, importantly, provides a focus on ways to do things better within existing resources. It examines initiatives that work in remote communities and has looked at effective ways in which communities can tackle the problem.
