Take Blaktion
Sydney: NSW STI Programs Unit and Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council of NSW

These audiovisual resources form part of the Take Blaktion project, a joint sexual health project from the NSW STI Programs Unit and the Aboriginal Health & Medical Research Council of NSW.

The project’s website provides information, resources and videos for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people interested in learning more about sexual health. Take Blaktion TV consists of two YouTube videos covering; Safe is Sexy! a sexual health awareness campaign aiming to reach Aboriginal young people living in NSW; and symptoms, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections. The videos are of a humorous nature and intend to increase open conversations surrounding sexual health and the importance of taking care of yourself and your partner.
