This set of factsheets provides Indigenous patients and families with information about cardiovascular disease and healthy lifestyles. The factsheets use plain language and incorporate Indigenous artwork and photography. The factsheets in the series are:
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol
- Coronary heart disease
- Heart attack
- Nutrition
- Obesity
- Physical activity
- Smoking.
The factsheets were designed to be distributed at workshops, community events or during individual consultations. Hardcopies of the factsheets can be ordered from the National Heart Foundation’s Health Information Service.
