This resource is a storybook aimed at educating children and their families about the importance of reducing the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Accompanying colouring-in books and stickers have also been developed.

The storybook encourages children to adopt three simple behaviours to prevent type 2 diabetes:

• eat healthy
• keep fit
• choose water instead of cool drink.
