This comic was produced as part of the National Indigenous palliative care project, and aims to assist Indigenous families and clients in both understanding what is meant by, and highlighting the importance of, advance care planning. Workshops to develop the comic script were held with Indigenous people in Broome, Western Australia. The Department of Health and Ageing and Boab Health Services engaged Inception Strategies to develop this comic on palliative care.
