Darwin, NT: Phoenix Consulting
This booklet contains 14 stories that were told by Aboriginal people on how they keep strong. The aim of the booklet is to provide Aboriginal people with support, guidance, and inspiration to overcome the various life challenges they might be experiencing. The stories in the booklet discuss the benefits of family, country, culture, friends, and health professionals in helping to keep strong. The booklet also encourages the reader to identify the things that make them feel good, and the things that make them feel bad, as well as write their own keeping strong story. The booklet includes artwork and text that is culturally appropriate for an Aboriginal audience.
