The heart of the matter – Learning the process of rheumatic heart disease education [DVD].
Parap, NT: Aboriginal Resource and Development Services Inc.

This DVD is a resource developed for health professionals, and has been designed to improve the process of health education with patients who do not have English as a first language and/or do not have a ‘Western’ biomedical view of health. The DVD demonstrates how to use the ‘Rheumatic heart disease story telling guide’. This guide was developed by health professionals and Indigenous language speakers working together to create a meaningful way to explain rheumatic heart disease.
