In this video, with written transcription and audio description, Jake Briggs tells his personal story as an Indigenous Australian with a disability who required retraining and minor modifications in order to continue to work in the construction industry. The video highlights the number of Indigenous Australians with a disability who are employed and the role of the Aboriginal Disability Network.

The resource was produced by the Sydney Community Foundation, the Australian Human Rights Commission as well as film makers and grassroots organisations as part of the Twenty years: twenty stories project, which celebrates twenty years of the Disability Discrimination Act.
