This report investigates the extent to which Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims of family violence access the justice system in the ACT. Information is also provided on the accessibility, availability and use of family violence services by Indigenous victims in the ACT. The circumstances of, and the support available to, Indigenous crime victims is also examined and related Australian research is reviewed.
