Inquiry into Indigenous health

An inquiry into Indigenous health is being conducted by the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Family and Community Affairs. About seventy submissions have been received and the first public hearings will be held on February 6, 1998 in Canberra, with other States to follow. Although submissions have closed, interested individuals and organisations are still invited to write to the Committee. The Committee is issuing copies of the submissions for public comment, and these should be available by the end of the year.
